Clean the lettuce, peel the beetroot and carrots and cook them al dente.
Pour boiling vegetable stock into the casserole.
Cut the baking paper to the same diameter as the basket and place it inside.
Place the basket with the casserole on the grill holder.
Fry the vegetables on the grill with a little olive oil, pepper and salt. Cook the dim sum in the basket.
If you wish, you can still fry the dim sum on the grill afterwards.
Serve the dim sum, vegetables and dip sauce together.
